Introducing the "Defect Discrimination Processing Device (Cap Inspection System)." By conducting surface inspections during the manufacturing process, we check for foreign material contamination, misaligned marks, and large scratches using a color camera and color extraction device. Additionally, we inspect for dirt, chips, and wrinkles using a monochrome camera for internal inspections.
